Wash face and neck with warm water to open pores. Using the tips of your fingers, or clean cotton pad, apply mask onto face avoiding eye area. Leave for 10 minutes and use    La Vern magnet than rinse off with warm water. initial recommended use is twice weekly for the first two weeks and once weekly thereafter
